[hpsdr] Thinking outside the box

G'day,

A RAW I/Q data output would suffice in most cases, e.g. to interface
with via UDP/TCP. A GNU-Radio based interface such as a gr-hpsdr-sink
and gr-hpsdr-source would also be very desirable.
