[hpsdr] svn.openhpsdr.org SERVER down?

There's an extraneous "svn" following svn.tapr.org.
Click on the TortoiseSVN popup menu   Relocate
and enter the following address--

http://svn.tapr.org/repos_sdr_windows/PowerSDR/branches/kd5tfd/PennyMerge/bin/Release
