[hpsdr] why are my messages being bounced as 'too big'?

Thanks for the reply.  Yes, it concerns me, too.  I wonder who 'moderator' is and how to
get a reply from 'moderator'.

Hi George...

Very few of the messages in my inbox for this list are under 12k. What
concerns me is that they are being rejected for what these days is
considered a trivial size.

I'm sure there is some 'legitimate uSoft reasoning' (oxymoron warning) for
why Outlook bloats the messages, or maybe the list's  host's software needs
to add something to function..
