[hpsdr] Parts for Mercury?

Hi all:

I'm working on kitting out the parts I need to finish my TAPR Mercury
board, and I've run into only one snag so far:

Citizen CMX309FBC10.000M-UT Standard Clock Oscillators 10 MHz 3.3V
30pF plastic SMD

1. In the BOM I have (from the Wiki) this part is marked "DNI" so is it needed?
2. If it is needed, does anyone know of a source or a substitute?

One other question: Does anyone have something like build instructions
for the Mercury? I know most people bought theirs A&T but someone must
know the right order of assembly.
