[hpsdr] Parts for Mercury?

Larry,
   The Mercury schematic has a note, "Install U7 or U8, NOT both!"
Both are 10 MHz oscillators.  You need only one.  The PC board can
take either, but they occupy the same place.
You have the choice of which to use.
