[hpsdr] ALEX Receiver board problem

Dan provides some good information!

In addition, it would really help us if you told us:
1) what operating system you are using (Linux, MAC, Windows WHAT?)
2) what program you are running (for Windows, KISS, PowerSDR (which
version?), etc.)
3) whether you have configured to use Alex in whichever program you are
using in (2).

Note to others: it would be GREAT if you could always supply the above
information!  That way, those of us equipped and able to help have a much
better idea what possible situations we are dealing with!  It will save YOU
time and it will save US time!  Since we are all volunteers, I'm sure that
you want to help us in this manner.
