[hpsdr] Drivers for GNU radio and otherwise extract I/Q data

G'day John,

I'm in the same boat and was also looking for a GNURadio interface to
explore technologies currently not offered by PSDR, Kiss and GHPSDR.
John Melton had success in interfacing HPSDR with GNU Radio, see his
blog from July 2010:

Unfortunately, no source code nor binaries.
