[hpsdr] Metis problem...SOLVED!

Hi Wayde,

We have a fix for the multiple LAN card issue and I expect a new release
of PowerSDR will be available shortly.

Do you recall which folder had the incorrect version of Penelope V1.7 so I
can fix that?
