[hpsdr] Alex Disconnects On Transmit

HPSDR,

I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this - sometimes when I
transmit - I have PennyWhistle connected - Alex will disconnect.

If I change frequency after that Alex reconnects.  Doesn't happen all the
time but happens enough.

Has anyone else had this issue?
