Hi John.

I have done the same measurement on Apollo and can confirm your results.  
This is natural as the PA in Apollo is a copy of Penny Whistle except for  
the output transformer . It seems as the one I use gives some better  
results on 6 meter than Penny Whistle. I am building 2 Prototypes at the  
moment and I´ll report back with the results a.s.p.
