[hpsdr] Hermes Interest List?

Does ready to go mean we should be ready to place an order? Or.. have the
pre-production boards already been allocated to pre-production testers?

I just received the Hermes PCBs, and the pre-production run is now underway.

After the boards are pronounced "good" by the test team, we will be 
ready to go.
