[hpsdr] questions about the protocol (v1.36)

FWIW I think the term "MOX" originated with Yaesu, meaning "Manually 
Operated Xmit" - my old FT101EE has a three-position switch for transmit 
labeled: VOX, PTT, MOX.  Maybe it goes back further than that with some 
other manufacturer?
