[hpsdr] Excalibur Finished - Some Questions

John, 

I do not have such spurs on my system using Excalibur (and an external Rb vapor source as the standard).  Before putting the suggested grounds on the three Alex units I had several spurs showing up, especially on the 10m band.  Looks great now.
