[hpsdr] Hermes - initial powerup

The most current release of PowerSDR/OpenHPSDR does have the Hermes firmware
check bypassed. It's on the svn as revision 2312 dated 27 March 2012.

 

The current firmware version for Hermes v1.3 does not support multiple
receivers and therefore the multi-receiver version does not work with Hermes
at this time.
