[hpsdr] Problems updating Mercury and Penny.

  Hi.

  Today I tried to update Metis, Mercury and Penny to the latest firmware.

  Metis programmed OK to v/1.8 but when trying Mercury, there was an error:

  Error: could not read the rbf file.
Error: Fail to load Mercury_JTAG Program file.

Then I tried Penny but the same.

I can not find Mercury_JTAG.rbf or Pennelope_JTAG.rbf anywhere.
