[hpsdr] IP address for the Metis

Hi, Phil. I do everything as written in the user guide:
1. connect a jumper to JP1.
2. power to Metis.
3.Load the HPSDRProgrammer software, select the 'Metis Boot Loader' Tab.
4.Select the 'IP Address' Tab, enter the desired IP address in 169.254.239.17
or other figures at the end and then click 'Write'.
5.HPSDRProgrammer gives error: cannot open interface (are you running as root)
6. Bootloader mode is not working?

Please tell me what to do?
