[hpsdr] Hermes status?

Hi Doc,

I am not sure of when the final release will be, but I can give you a 
status update.

The testing of the pre-production boards is pretty much complete.

We have identified some changes that need to be made; they are being made now.

TAPR is working on the logistics of the build now, and we should have 
a plan by Dayton.  This is a major undertaking, as it is the most 
expensive board that TAPR has ever produced.  Think in terms of over 
$350,000 in boards!

Don't forget that TAPR is not a Fortune 500 company. Figuring out how 
to build such an expensive production run takes careful planning for 
an entity as small as TAPR.

My (notoriously cloudy) crystal ball says summer shipments.
