[hpsdr] Mercury 3.2 load failed

Hi Johan, 

I see that the Mercury_V3.2.jic file was built targeting an incorrect device.  I will send the proper Mercury_V3.2.jic to you in a separate email and pass the correct file to Phil so that he may upload the correct one to the SVN download page.
