[hpsdr] cuSDR network issues

Dear All,

some users have reported network issues with cuSDR.

These might be related to your Firewall settings. Especially if you are
using the Window firewall, be sure to allow the network traffic.

Thanks to Serge, RV3APM, Kurt, DL9SM and others who focus my attention to
these issues.

Listening now to ZZ Top's 'Me So stupid' ....at least some users are more
happy now.
