All,

new code and executables for 32 and 64-Bit Windows has been uploaded to the
svn. The alpha sources for Linux/MacOS has been updated, too.

Two ugly bugs have been corrected:
- AGC settings 'User': the application crashed when trying to use this
setting.
- Wide band scope zooming: the application crashed sometimes; zooming is
improved now

Note please: still Beta, no Tx yet. The Hermes 31-step attentuator is also
not yet supported.
