[hpsdr] HRD and Windows 7, curiouser and curiouser - again - fixed!

Hi Mike et al,
Thanks for all the comments and giving me the confidence that HRD will work on Windows 7. After further sessions on the LAN setup, and things that could interfere such as Windows firewall, I eventually had a breakthrough. There appears to have been a glitch in the Windows firewall installation, because despite setup to allow HRD and to warn if any program had been blocked, it failed repeatedly on both counts. However, after many tries at re-setting, it eventually played ball - an error message came up and I was able to open up the specific HRD to DM780 path that was being blocked. All now works - although I still cannot get a full radio configuration up on the DM780 radio panel. This is not a concern because PowerSDR and DM780 communicate fully.
Unfortunately the OEM Windows installation is on the hard drive without backup discs, so I'll live with this glitch for the time being. Back to Alice in Wonderland for now!
