[hpsdr] New nano ODROIDs soon available

At the end, one of them could be integrated in an future Hermes II :-)

For the time being, I am wondering if I can put an Odroid-X2 over a HPSDR card and insert it in 
Atlas. BTW ODROID-X(2) fits also in the rear side of Pandora, just the cable path would be quite ugly.
