[hpsdr] heat sink for u58

According to Abhi @ Apache-Labs a heat sink *is* needed on U58 when running
multiple receivers.

I bought four of the heat sinks he recommends: Digikey part number
345-1098-ND, so I'll have spares for anything that starts to get too hot.

U58?????? This is the switcher in the 5 V PSU. There is no space for a heat
sink. The only IC that needs a heat sink is the ADC, U10. Search for copper
coolers for DRAM on e-bay. I bought 16 from China. May be you can find them
locally, ask the PC over-clocking  people.
