[hpsdr] Using a sound card for audio in/out with PowerSDR or similar

I just started looking at what would be required to do this with
PowerSDR. I believe you can do it with the VAC capability in PowerSDR
(specifying a real sound card rather than virtual audio cables).
However, I haven't tried it yet, so I may be wrong. Also, since you
would be using the VAC capability for this purpose, you would then lose
it for its normal purpose, i.e. digital modes. Also, VAC only works for
the first receiver, so you would not be able to use this for listening
to a second receiver using the 2 receiver version of PowerSDR.
