[hpsdr] cuSDR on Mac

G'day Jeremy,

I can confirm your problem on Ubuntu 12.04 with cuSDR 3.1.2. Hardware
streams but cuSDR is not receiving data. Haven't had time to follow
through with this, but thought to let you know that it isn't a MAC
specific problem.

The program executes, contacts the hardware but doesn't end up streaming anything.  The HPSDR hardware is sending packets, but a packet dump shows that shortly after hitting "Start" that cuSDR ceases sending any packets back.  I'm seeing if I can find where the hangup is so that I can generate a patch for Hermann and possibly a Mac binary.
