I am not familiar with the item but the easiest way to remove SMT parts
is to use Chipquick low melting point solder or paste.
Where the item is very close to other parts and the hot air gun's nozzle
is much larger than needed, erecting a screen, sort of a funnel of
aluminium foil around the part is the safest way.
