[hpsdr] VNA kit -- parts for reflection bridge for use with Hermes

[David McQuate]

RG-178 is OD 0.072 inch, RG-316 OD is 0.102 inch.
The wireman says his RG-178B/U is mil-spec, ptfe dielectric, class 9 
teflon jacket, silvered copper shield.
