[hpsdr] TAPR Hermes - Noise on Audio Out

Same problem here sometimes on both laptops I use.
It seems to come from the harddisk activity in the pc interrupting 
something.
I dont know exactly how the audio on the frontpanel jacks is routed but 
as far as I understand it comes from the same PC source so
it doesnt need to be the hermes itself.
I just combined hermes with the anan-10 kit and very pleased with the 
quality and expected some hickups.
