[hpsdr] Hermes Initial results and TX Question

Another way is to power off Hermes, insert J12, and power on.  Then use
HPSDRProgrammer in Bootloader mode. If you can read the MAC address of
your Hermes board then you have the bootloader installed and working.

If you get a time out  error then the bootloader may be missing.

Note that the TAPR Hermes boards all have the bootloader installed.

P.S. Don't forget to remove J12 before using the Hermes board again.
