[hpsdr] New Versions of Mercury and Metis code available

All,
There are new versions of Mercury and Metis code available that will be available shortly from the openHPSDR.org Downloads page. 
The new features are:
Metis_v1.9: 
- Added line in gain  control for Penny(Lane)
- Fixed bug in C&C byte stream selection/assignments of frequencies for multiple receivers
- Added independent manual control of HPF/LPF relays for a second Alex board connected to a second Mercury board
- Added user output connections for pins 1-4 on the DB-9 connector on Metis.
Mercury_v3.3: 
- Implemented two receivers
- Added dual Rx, independent, manual Alex filter controls
- Added Alex HPF/LPF switching logic to select LPF appropriate for highest Rx frequency  in use and
HPF appropriate for lowest Rx frequency in use when operating with multiple receivers on a single Mercury board
- Added additional Alex LPF filter switching logic during transmit to accommodate SPLT mode operation correctly
- Modified Alex Tx RED LED operation to illuminate when transmitting
- Modified HPF/LPF selection for automatic independent operation of multiple Alex sets when using multiple Mercury boards 

If you upgrade to these new releases then be sure to update both Metis and Mercury boards and use the latest W5WC version of PowerSDR from the Downloads page. 

Many thanks to Joe, K5SO,  for his work on the FPGA code that provides these new features and for Doug, W5WC, for providing the required changes to PowerSDR to support them.
