Also David, if you haven't done so already, you may want to print out the
latest version of the Metis manual at
http://openhpsdr.org/downloads/documents/Metis/Documentation/Metis%20User%20Manual_V1.3.pdf

The instructions for updating Metis firmware are on page 11. The
instructions for using Metis to update the firmware on the other boards
start on page 17.  Don't forget to reset the jumpers when programming is
done.
