You can also get SVN history out of WebSVN.  For example, you can get the history of all of Doug's commits by going to:

http://svn.tapr.org/log.php?repname=OpenHPSDR+Main&path=%2Ftrunk%2FW5WC%2F&isdir=1&

Also note that there is a mailing list that automatically receives an e-mail message whenever anyone commits to the SVN.  It's available on TAPR's e-mailistserv and you can sign up (or view the archives to see what the messages look like) at:
