[hpsdr] HERMES BOARD question about FD#

Locally, ACE hardware has #4 nylon washers and 4-40 nylon nuts. Our store sells by the piece, and the cost is quite low. It does a good job of preventing potential shorts on tight boards when using a metal standoff. Might be good peace of mind.  Obviously does not answer the oirginal question...
