[hpsdr] Hermes Connectors

Went in New Old Stock and found a parallel port cable, should work great even has panel mount db25.
It looks like this will work FB. A small break out box will interface to Hercules. Pin 25 is PTT and I do not see need for pin 26 at this time.
Seems Apache uses 30 pin connector.
