[hpsdr] Help

Hello All , need your help still not able to start PowerSDR 2.2.3 –1Rx  , was able to load new firmware for Metis and Mercury via HPSDRProgrammer ,also under setup in PowerSDR I see Metis IP(192.168.1.10) , and version
MAC adress . Looks like Ethernet connection to Metis works but ???
I would appreciate any help

Hello All, just starting testing my system which is a METIS , a MERCURY and ALEX boards. using a cat5e ethernet cable from my Windows 7 portable directly to METIS.
Installed PowerSDR 2.2.3-1Rx ; Setup done , when I push “START” I receive : ERROR starting HPSDR hardware ?????

On the bootloader mode I was able to succesfully  load new software (with HPSDRProgrammer)  for METIS and also for MERCURY but on normal mode still fail ?
