You also need the Visual C redistributables, as they are NOT part of the .Net Framework
(4.0) that you have installed.

If you have VS2010 on your system, you should have the needed files.  Otherwise, Bill
KD5TFD posted a link last month (August) to the needed files.

All this will be less of a problem shortly, as I am working on creating actual
'installers' for Doug's PowerSDR versions and for KISS Konsole, to ease the pain of such
things.  We have recently migrated development to VS2010, which is the latest version of
Visual Studio that works on Windows XP.  There are NO current plans to move to VS2012,
simply because VS2012 will NOT work on XP, and will therefore cause problems with many of
our friends who want to at least examine the code themselves.
