[hpsdr] munin pa update

Hi Larry,

it is a 1.85mm 25 ohm coax-cable marked up with FDR73A24.Fortunatelly,I
got it from Kjell, LA2NI. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it in the
internet. Maybe, Kjell can tell us which brand it is and where we can
get it.Or he could tell us a substitute.
