[hpsdr] How is the VNA project?

Hermes and similar designs have lots of possibilities.

When I got the HiQSDR I thought I was only getting a transceiver and 
never thought it was also going to be a scope and a VNA. Though the 
possibilities were mentioned I took it to mean hardware extensions would 
be needed.
All it needed was extra FPGA code and the applications.
