[hpsdr] Hermes VNA interface

Hi Frank,

I'm presently testing the VNA using a very simple resistive Reflection
Bridge.

For something a little more substantial I was thinking along these lines:

I've also tested the Bridge that is intended to be used with the N2PK VNA
but for some reason I've yet to determine the performance is very poor.
