[hpsdr] VNA interface

Hi Frank,

Thanks Maximo, that looks like a very suitable bridge to use with Hermes
in VNA mode.

I agree with the use of a pad at the output of the source port and have
included a note to that effect in the User Guide. Alternatively, you could
include this in the Transverter output of Hermes so that an external pad
was not required.
