[hpsdr] New version of Hermes VNA PC code available

All,
There is a new version of Beta Hermes VNA code available – V1.3.  This uses an installer courtesy of  George, K9TRV, and V1.3 includes the following fixes and additions:
  a.. International language support added  (still needs further testing)
  b.. Joined the sample points on the Smith Chart to make reading easier
  c.. Added a check that a Measure file is valid when loading it
  d.. Prompt to load an associated Calibration file if it can’t be automatically found when loading a Measure file
  e.. Display the frequency (if calibrated) and impedance of a point on the Smith Chart when the mouse points to it. 
The installer file  (HermesVNASetup.msi) is here:

and will also be available shortly on the openHPSDR Downloads page.  
Note that V1.8 of the Hermes FPGA code is required to use this version of the VNA code – available on the Downloads page. 
There is also an updated VNA Users Guide  (V1.1) which will also be on the Downloads page shortly.
