[hpsdr] ANAN-100/D HPF/LPF in PowerSDR

Guys,
I have been trying to obtain info on how PowerSDR configures the
Alex HPF/LPF implementation used in the ANAN-100/D. I have only the
ANAN-10, so I cannot determine exactly how the ANAN-100/d actually works
with PowerSDR The Alex manual is not much help, and I cannot find any
other relevant information.

The ANAN-100/D HPF/LPF tab has a bypass check mark on the extreme
left, adjacent to the HPF filters. Exactly what does the ByPass check
mark do? Does it Bypass both the HPF and LPF on receive, or just the HPF?

In the bypass column there is a checkmark for 6m BPF/LNA.
Apparently it disables the 6m BPF/LNA. Is the full bypass path for both
HPF and LPF selected automatically?.

What does the ByPass/55Mhz HPF do? Does it use a different HPF
than the 6m BPF/LNA? Why would we need a HPF @55 mhz? Isn't the Hermes
spec for the receiver something like from 10khz to 55mhz? Isn't there a
fixed LPF50+ in the hermes receiver? In addition the Alex schematic
shows a 55mhz LPF and I can't find a 55mhz HPF anywhere. Does the
ANAN-100/D PA/Filter board have a similar 55mz LPF on the board?

I note that the 1.5 MHz HPF bypass is marked 1.5mhz, but the
default lower HPF filter is marked 1.80000. Is this correct? If I check
the ByPass 1.5mhz and tune to 1.799, the Bypass/55 Mhz HPF becomes active.

Thanks in advance for any help,
Bill
