[hpsdr] WinradHD and Hermes

Is there a ExtIO.Dll for HDSDR (WinradHD)  that supports the Hermes?

Downloaded the HPSDR (Atlas, Ozy, Mercury) drivers from the HDSDR hardware
support link, but wont install as I dont have the USB interface.
