[hpsdr] New P*SDR for OpenHPSDR released (v3.0.5)

The P*SDR_HPSDR_mRX_v3.0.5 release is now live on the download page at
<http://openhpsdr.org/download.php>.
The following bug fixes are included.

- PA Gain by Band for Hermes, ANAN-10, and ANAN-100 problem fixed.
- 'CTUN' producing incorrect receiver frequency when in 'XVTR' mode
corrected.
- 'Export Database' default folder is now the same location as is the
database.xml file.
