Greetings from Florida!

Perhaps there is a need, at this moment in the development of Software 
Defined Radio, of a Tax Exempt non-profit educational endeavor, to 
promote and inform, starting at the secondary school levels,the Academic 
Communities, Computer Sciences and Electrical Engineering Departments of 
Colleges and Universities of the developments of SDR, with the 
assistance of individual Radio Amateur users of SDR and Amateur Radio 
Clubs. This could be a worldwide project.

The is an extraordinaryinterest worldwide amongstudents for Computers, 
Computer Sciences, Cellular devices. Theirintroduction to SDR provides 
an opportunity to increase their awareness and and at the same time 
opportunities for Amateur Radio.
