[hpsdr] PSDR Level Calibration bug

Hi Steven.

I have seen the same twice.

Just try to increase the calibration level to -30dBm and calibrate. Then  
go back to -70dBm and recalibrate.

I think this bug will be fixed fast, if I know the programmers well!
