[hpsdr] PSDR Level Calibration bug

The error mentions frequency, but it is in fact produced by the level 
calibration.

I'm not at the rig right now, so can't check this, but...
You say the level calibration is not working, yet the error you posted is
for the frequency calibration. Can you confirm your issue is with freq
calibration, not level calibration?
