[hpsdr] P*SDR_HPSDR_mRX_v3.0.7 released

Hi Doug,

Thanks for all the updates this weekend!

It works great here.  One minor problem I noticed was that PSDR refused to
let me set up  fixed IP address 192.168.255.*.  It immediately changed the
255 to 254, which then caused loss of comms with my Anan-10.  Minor issue
and easily fixed with SDRprogrammer.
