[hpsdr] P*SDR_HPSDR_mRX_v3.0.7 released

Hi Lloyd,

Thanks, I'm aware of the broadcast address, but it was the third octet of
the address that had the value 255, not the fourth octet and my net mask is
255.255.255.0, so any address from 192.168.255.1-254 should be valid.  And
it worked prior to version 3.0.6 - at least before I blew away the database.
