[hpsdr] P*SDR_HPSDR_mRX_v3.0.10 released

All working fine now..

Seems that the new version was a bit more sensitive to the PTT control, in
the DTR keying mode.

Seemed to be keying up the radio when PowerSDR was started, with no power
output, which is why the VAC1 was not working for me.

After toggling this on and off, and switching to RTS, finally got it coming
up correctly..

Very odd that I had not had to do that with multiple versions in the past..

Now to get all the boards up to latest firmware in a few days to take
advantage of the new FFT size.. :)

Seems like VAC1 is not working..

Ie..  using the same settings as in previous versions, ie.. 3.0.07, it is
not passing any audio from VAC1 for some reason.

Is there some other dependency that is different in this version that I
missed somewhere ?
